About Us
Epco Green Power Plus Company Limited was founded in 2011 with a registered capital of THB 100 million. The company operates as a member of the Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited, with Eternity Power Public Company Limited holding a 99.99% ownership stake. Epco Green Power Plus is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions and strengthening the group’s presence in the renewable power sector.
Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited, formerly known as Eastern Printing Public Company Limited, entered the renewable energy sector in 2012 through investments in ground-mounted solar power plants. The Group initially developed three solar power projects in Thailand:
JKR Solar Power Plant, Kanchanaburi Province — 6 MW
RPV Solar Power Plant, Kanchanaburi Province — 6 MW
Lopburi Solar Power Plant, Lopburi Province — 6 MW
All projects have entered into long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
Building on its success in Thailand, Eastern Power Group expanded its renewable energy investments internationally, including projects in Japan and Vietnam. To further strengthen and expand its domestic renewable energy portfolio, Epco Green Power Plus Company Limited was established.
The Company commenced its operations with the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) for eight rooftop solar power projects, with a combined installed capacity of 1.51 MW.
